The software is aimed at freight forwarders, trading companies and eCommerce and is suitable for both procurement and distribution logistics. Thanks to the modular structure of CargoSoft Warehouse, an economical solution can be achieved for every company size and size.
With CargoSoft Warehouse, there is transparency and order at your location and beyond according to your needs: from goods receipt through complete warehouse management to shipping. You can even handle your forwarding and onward journeys including forms, freight documents and customs clearance with CargoSoft Warehouse.
All-rounder for your warehouse
We represent all common processes with our software. This includes one- and two-stage picking, zone-controlled parking space management with MDE support. The batch and NVE tracking required in the food sector is of course also available. Features for automated distribution business and container scheduling are also integrated. For pallet and CEP shipping, labels can be printed and shipment data can be notified electronically to the service providers. Technically, this is done via a connection to the SendIT shipping software or via the Fortras interface.
Open virtually to customers 24/7
You can virtually open your warehouse to your customers beyond company boundaries. We have customer and partner connections via EDI in various formats such as XML, IDOC, EDIFACT and CSV as well as individually programmed EDI interfaces. Alternatively, your customers can also receive a holistic insight into their inventory levels and movements via our web solution eWarehouse.
Customs warehouse
The issue of customs, which is important in connection with storage, is taken into account in the software via a connection to our CargoSoft ATLAS customs processing module. This applies to both the customs warehouse and all common customs procedures. The item master data with customs and consumption taxes are of course also integrated. Compliance checks can also be carried out.
Inventory, controlling, billing
With the inventory based on the key date, CargoSoft Warehouse ensures a high level of transparency in your warehouse and clears up any excess or shortfalls in stock. The integrated instruments also enable you to carry out comprehensive controlling with warehouse movement and inventory analyses, statistics on warehouse histories and stocks as well as project reports. Price agreements, storage rental calculations and automatic storage fee accounting can be integrated into the software.
You can purchase this software as a license and install it on your server as a local solution. Alternatively, you can use the software as SaaS (Software as a Service).
CargoSoft Warehouse can be used as a standalone solution or integrated into CargoSoft TMS – our complete transport management application. Even with the stand-alone solution, additional CargoSoft modules can be integrated into the solution at any time.
