SEAFREIGHT NEWS | ICS2 (Multiple Filing) via ZODIAK GE

To our sea freight forwarders - The countdown is on!

On December 4, 2024, customs will give the go-ahead for the Import Controlling System 2 (ICS2 - Multiple Filing). Sea freight forwarders will then also be able to participate in the new EU customs system for safety and security.

In future, multiple filing can be carried out via Zodiak GE from DAKOSY (data transmission from CargoSoft TMS is currently not planned).

Apply for deferral only until 04.12.2024 at the latest!

For late starters, customs grants freight forwarders a transitional period until April 01, 2025. Important: For this, the application for a deployment window is required by 04.12.2024!

It is now possible to create ad hoc quotations with different chargeable weights for different legs of the journey.
This case can now be displayed in the new ECM system version!

News 2

Configuration of search results in the ECM in the rate search of the ad hoc quotation now possible.
Own searches and search results can be stored globally as ECM templates.

Enter your e-mail address
Click on “Next"
You must then select the “Forgot your password?” button.
You will receive an e-mail with which you can reset your password.
You can now choose your own password here.

Once this is done, you can view and track all your created tickets online and at any time in the ticket system - done!
