We are pleased to introduce the new OpenTracking function for CargoSoft TMS & CargoSoft SCM shipments: A user-friendly search option available completely without login - similar to the well-known CEP service provider tracking (see DHL, UPS etc.).

Thanks to this new function, your customers can easily and quickly check the status of their shipments without having to log into the system.

The search is flexibly configurable and allows you to search by relevant criteria such as filenumber or House Bill of Lading (HBL). Important to note: The results displayed do not contain any address information in order to comply with data protection guidelines. Further shipment details are only visible after logging in.

This is how it works:

  • The search can be accessed directly via the SCM login page.
  • Clicking on “Open Tracking” takes users to the search screen.
  • Here they enter their search criteria and receive the relevant results directly.
  • The search is carried out without a wildcard function, so exact entries are required.

ZAPP@Status is switched off - What does this mean for CargoSoft users?

NEW - The EMP-status lookup:

The ZAPP@Status information will be replaced by the EMP status query. For you as a CargoSoft TMS user, nothing will change within the TMS and you will be able to carry out your handling operations as usual.

Only if you use the DAKOSY web application with the extended status information ZAPP@Status do you need to take action. This functionality will be switched off at the end of March 2025. DAKOSY has developed a new application that can be used immediately, the status information in the DAKOSY Export Management Platform (EMP).

How to activate the new service?

Register your company now to use the status information in the EMP.

You will need access, which you will receive directly from DAKOSY. In future, registration will be by user. A key user (administrator) will first be created by DAKOSY. This user can then assign the other logins required.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • Participant code to be activated in the EMP.
  • First name, surname, work e-mail address of a person who is to be responsible for user maintenance in the EMP application in your company.

Please send this information to servicedesk@dakosy.de with the subject “Registration EMP status information”.

You are also welcome to use the new EMP public status-query for information on containers and port order references.

Important news about the ATLAS/AES transition phase!

The end of the transition phase in the AES procedure was scheduled by ATLAS for 11-Feb-2025.

This date has been postponed to the end of 2025.

Quote ATLAS / ITZ Bund: “With reference to ATLAS-Info 0611/24 of May 6, 2024, which informed about the end of the professional and technical changeover to AES-P1, the postponement of the technical end to the end of 2025 is now announced.

Due to delays in some Member States, the Commission is now granting this deadline extension (as soon as a concrete end date is set, it will be announced).
