From 01-January-2025, companies must be able to receive electronic invoices (
link to the legal requirements can be found here - IHK FFM "Electronic invoicing in Germany.
Introduction date and planned requirements"; in German language only).
We
offer a simple way to fully comply with this obligation. With CargoSoft
E-Invoicing, we have developed a tailor-made solution to integrate your
freight forwarding invoices electronically into the CargoSoft TMS.
The
advantage for you: you meet the legal requirements and thus enter into
more efficient, electronic invoice processing (easier receipt and
transfer, faster checking and correct posting).
Later in 2025, it
will be possible to send electronic invoices directly from the CargoSoft
TMS in accordance with legal requirements.
