To expand our support team, we are looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) IT Software Consultant / Application Supervisor (f/m/d) in the field of logistics with the possibility of a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) for our location in Bremen as soon as possible.

StudiumPLUS -> Bachelor of Science and state-certified business economist (f/m/d) with a choice of specialization: International Logistics Management or Digital Supply Chain Management from the summer semester (start: April of each year).

Join us now and become a Software Consultant/Application Manager (f/m/d) in Customer Service. In addition to the job, we will cover all costs to enable you to study part-time for a Bachelor of Science degree and a state-certified business economist (f/m/d) at the DAV Academy Bremen (https://www.dav-akademie.de/).

What awaits you

  • You are the contact person (f/m/d) for our software modules in the customer service department
  • Acceptance, processing and coordination of faults and inquiries
  • Documentation of application-specific incidents for the internal specialist departments
  • Processing and tracking customer orders
  • Collaboration with other business areas

What you should bring along

  • Completed commercial vocational training in the logistics sector
  • Experience with freight forwarding or customs software desirable
  • Logistical know-how is an advantage
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Enjoyment of professional communication with end users
  • Team and communication skills
